Delay in production
Ordered a gallery wrap print on 1st October. I am based in London and needed the print to go to a friend\'s gallery in New York - hence choosing this printer. It\'s only just been printed and is now not going to reach it\'s destination for another week - a week late. Follow up emails got no response and ended up having to phone from the UK. It would have been quicker to have it printed in the UK and shipped from here. Really wished I hadn\'t used this service.

The picture was wonderful it arrived in perfect condition. only problem was when I checked the waybill with greyhound, it stated that it could not be found. Gave me some concern there might be a problem. Turned out there was no problem, just an error on tracking. Thanks for the good work!

We\'ve opened for our 21st season and we know from the last two seasons that metal prints have sold very well.
