The original frame was the wrong size so I am very pleased that Calgary on Canvas sent me a correctly sized replacement frame at no charge. It looks great.

My plaque mount has mounting issues. I will send a photo of the crease. KeenART: This was not due to a our error. This poster had very bad water or moisture damage to the it. So where the image has been damp or wet the paper shrinks and will not lay flat (you can notice this by rubbing your hand over the poster and it does not lay flat. Therefore when we laminate and drymount the print to the MDF wood the area where the poster has been moisture damaged will crease. Unfortunately we get a lot of these damaged prints sent to us every week as it is a cheap way to have it protected. I hope this helps. Thanks Roberto and Staff. Our orders arrived this afternoon, all in perfect order. We are delighted with the giclee prints on canvas and we will now begin to promote this new format along with the very successful metal prints. Terrific work, everyone. Will be submitting a new order by the end of the week or early next week. The season here in Texas is finally beginning to get some steam and we anticipate good sales for our gallery in the next couple of months. Until the next order, kind regards and thank you again.
