I just wanted to take the time to finally say thank you for the frames I ordered. They worked out wonderfully...I am thrilled with them! They are exactly how I envisioned my final pieces to be. It was super easy to use your site & I was also impressed that when I had a question while on the website, I called the customer service number and someone answered the phone. Right away! I have used Canada on Canvas as my primary site for almost all of my enlargements over a number of years. Always good quality quick service. I am however disappointed in my last experience. I had inquired after 3 weeks (on a Friday morning) if my order was on the way. It wasn\'t but was assured it would be ready and sent by Monday, it wasn\'t and finally shipped on Wednesday evening. I have now waited 6 days for the delivery and had to track down the package myself to find that it would still be some time, I am assuming because I live in a rural area. It has been 29 days since I sent in the order. I understand that Covid has affected many business and expected some hiccups but must admit I am very disappointed.

I just received a Gallery Wrap, the order was placed on 2/6/2012 and was delivered yesterday, 2/10/2012. I had scanned in a 41 year old 4x5 wedding photograph, to replace a faded 41 year old canvas print on our wall for Valentines day. My wife was overjoyed when she saw the Gallery Wrap. I am more than happy with the quality of the product. I had concerns about a 600 dpi scan from such a small print making a quality 16x20 but your representative was correct when she told me this would work. Your customer service was superb, turn-around and shipping fantastic, and faster than I expected. Please pass our comments on to your entire staff and feel free to use them as testimonial. Thanks!
